The company was incorporated in 1992. the company has been approved by the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka to promote foreign investment into Sri Lanka.

Late P. Karalasingham – B.Sc (Hons) & LLB Attorney-at-Law and Tax Consultant –
He was a leading Tax Lawyers in Sri Lanka and has several books on Sri Lankan Taxation. He was CFTC (Commonwealth) consultant for training tax officials in Caribbean Islands.

He has been in the accounting and tax field from 1987 to 1998 and also practicing financial consultant for local companies in financing SME projects and industrial projects.

The company has been successful in completing 2 large projects in Sri Lanka. They are

M/s. Tritel Services Ltd.
operation of public pay phone system. – the project has been implemented by M/s. Sri Indrajah Holdings SDN. BHD, Malaysia. We obtained a license from M/s. Sri Lanka Telecom Ltd., to operate the public pay phone system. The company has been operation since 1997 July.

M/s. Midigama Cements Ltd., (presently known as M/s. Ambuja Cements Ltd.).
We got the environmental clearance from M/s. Central Environmental Authority (CEA) to set up 1 million M.T. /year cement grinding plant. This is the biggest approval given by the Central Environmental Authority to a cement plant upto now. The approval was granted in 1998. The project is implemented by M/s. Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd., India (presently owned by M/s. Holderbank Ltd., - Switzerland).
